All full time faculty members are PhDs with a rich blend of academic, research and consulting experience. Apart from full time faculty members, there are visiting faculty members who are either eminent academicians or are very senior industry leaders.
Eminent foreign faculty members from AIM Manila, Philippines, and Griffith University, Australia have taught specific courses in the program and contributed to the design and development of our unique pedagogy, and continuously provide valuable inputs in the delivery of the program.
Faculty Development Programs are offered on a continuous basis for the development of faculty in the areas of curriculum design, delivery and research and is a tool that helps keep faculty abreast of the needs and changes in the effective design and delivery of the program. These FDPs modeled on the lines of Scholarship of Teaching and Learning allow the faculty to reflect on their personal teaching philosophies, provide opportunities to demonstrate practice of non-traditional teaching methods with a focus on student-centered activities and the use of modern tools and technologies for the course delivery.

Corporate Mentorship Program
At RSB, we have a panel of mentors who are senior executives from various leading companies. Each mentor is assigned a small group of students to take under their wings. The mentor plays a vital role in shaping the individual by guiding them throughout their journey at RSB. The mentor collaborates with the students at various strategic intervals and provides his expert advice and guidance to help the student excel in industry preparedness as well as academics. The Corporate Mentorship Program gives the student a sense of confidence to go out and face the world on his/her own.
Future Leaders’ Program
‘Future Leaders’ Program’ is based on the factors raised in the FICCI report of 2010 on the employability quotient of graduates gathered from a questionnaire sent to employers of multiple sizes and verticals. According to their report, the skills on demand are related to personal attitude and applicability of knowledge rather than domain or technology. This program deals with the qualities that enable individuals to envisage dynamic vision for the future, to harness the potential within them to deliver the vision into a successful reality and to contribute in the larger social or that extends beyond the boundaries of their work and personal life. The program is facilitated in an experiential format for the students to help assimilate and actualize the learning more effectively.
